Before becoming a Certified Integrative Nutrition Health Coach, I was a corporate marketing professional for a top investment bank in Boston and then more recently, the marketing manager for the Miami office of one of the largest global law firms in the world. In between, I obtained an MBA in International Business from the University of Miami. I know what it is like to be so consumed with work, studies and daily life obligations that health and happiness take a back seat. One of the most challenging tasks for people is cooking, knowing what to cook, how to cook it and above all else, finding the time to cook. I did not grow up in the kitchen but fell in love with cooking later in life. It is a true passion of mine now to prepare a meal for myself, my clients or my loved ones that is not only healthy but also kind to all beings, delicious and satisfying. I incorporate superfoods into just about every dish to ensure we are getting all the necessary vitamins and minerals for optimal health. As a Certified Raw Gourmet Chef, I incorporate plenty of fresh fruits, vegetables and ‘super’ salads into my meals but cooked food is also my jam.

I break down the basics for you with guided, hands on instruction so cooking becomes effortless and fun and you and your family thrive on more wholesome, healing plant-based superfoods. Nota bene: I specialize in plant-based vegan dishes containing no meat, dairy, eggs, fish or fowl. My dishes contain healthy sources of protein and are packed with vital vitamins and nutrients. You may supplement vegan dishes with animal protein if you so choose but it is not necessary as these dishes are well balanced in flavor and nutrition. If you have a special diet based on a health condition, we will evaluate your needs individually. Always consult your doctor when changing your diet.
