I grew up on family farm complete with tractors and a pet pig in Western Massachusetts. We ate freshly grown vegetables and spent a lot of time out of doors. In my 20s, I thought, "what next?" and moved to Miami to get my MBA at the University of Miami. What was meant to be a two-year journey turned into a 20-year adventure. I am back to my Massachusetts roots and continue on a personal quest to eat and live in such a way that is kind to people, animals, our collective health and the planet.
