NEW YORK TIMES 7 MINUTE WORKOUT + CAMINO DAY #18

Happy Friday!

First, El Camino de Santiago Update:

Today we are on Trail Day #18 of the Camino de Santiago and planning to walk from Castrojeriz to Boadilla del Camino – 19 kilometers or about 12 miles – our average distance on this journey. The afore-mentioned leg assumes we have not yet taken a day of rest. If we do, then we are more likely still near Burgos or Rabé de las Calzadas. New York Times 7-minute workout

I can’t believe it has taken me this long to share this workout but hopefully you have already heard of it and are doing it. My friend Anne told me about it years ago. It is quick, easy and although intense, it is over in 7 minutes. That is kind of beautiful. I think I heard this is a NYT 9 minute workout but I am happy with 7 🙂

This post is short and sweet as we are in full Camino swing at this point (this post was written in advance and set to go out automatically). I will be blogging more about the Camino specifically once I am back. I know it will be a life-changer!
